Agree wholeheartedly. If it's not affecting your job performance, it should not affect your job.So I get it. But. it. still. feels. wrong to restrict the rights of "responsible" individuals to do what they please during their personal time. Unless there's an easy way to distinguish between "responsible" and "irresponsible" employees, I guess the more conservative standard will apply. I have mixed feelings about this.
