This upcoming year is my last year before applying next spring. I took almost all my prereqs (physics, ochem, genchem, math/stats, upper div biology) and now I'm finishing up my history of medicine minor. Will it raise any eyebrows if all they see during my final years are relatively easier courses like:

History 4a: History of the Scientific Revolution
History 4b: History of Modern Science - Relativity to DNA
Science and Technology in 20th Century
Medicine and Society in 19th-Century America
History of Medicine: Historic Roots of Healing Arts
History of Medicine: Foundations of Modern Medicine
ochem lab I
ochem lab II
2 upper div bio

it's basically a very relaxing year in terms of class difficulty. good, bad or doesn't matter to anyone?

It's fine... if you're legit paranoid about it I would just add 1-2 more hard science classes (microbio+lab, cognitive neuroscience, immunology, pathology, anatomy, physiology) so you can have two science classes a quarter + the other non-science classes.

As long as you have a good MCAT and good prereq grades nobody will question you for padding your stats.

Come on now, this is not relaxing.

I took sculpture, film, 2 philosophy courses, and the chemistry of food my last semester of college.
