I couldn't tell you for sure, but most of the time, their first priority is to make sure that you are okay (alcohol assessment, education/AA...). Also, it's always better coming from you than from a background check (not sure if MPH does that, but MD does). They pretty much want to make sure that you are okay and that you know that what you did was wrong and have learned your lesson (i.e. they don't have to worry about you doing it again)...
