For anyone wondering, I got 3 conversion chances and was terrible at picking them. Each time I failed the likelihood of me converting the next time went down.

First try: FB (a dragon)
Second try: promo (a dragon)
Third try: Abney (chaos lmao)

It was apparently impossible for me to just pick out plain villagers this game.

OMG and you guys talked about converting Kam, the freaking assassin, N1!!! Trilt and I were like omg they should dooo it, and then her name never came up again and you kept trying to convert dragons 😛

We tried to kill you during night cancelation because I knew you'd seer me eventually. I was actually very surprised I hadn't been outed yet already.

The second my ability was stolen I knew I was dead. Probably should have just put my final suspicion list out on the thread so some good would come of it. Out of the next 3 I wanted to seer, 1 was wolf and 1 was chaos

Thanks for the game by the way @Trilt and @kcoughli. Sad my ability never got used. Sad for other reasons. But it was a good game and kept my attention the whole time! I seriously spent an entire day rereading. Didn't help me at all it seems, but hey.

I DON'T KNOW! They bandied around the idea of Abney in wolf chat (as their last of three possible conversions) and I was like "Oh gooooood it's happening again." ;___; Still not sure if @SummerTheLynx has forgiven me for Pokemon... 😉

Someone did. Someone made the point that a villager is still a villager for numbers, sake.

And look, that came off as more abrupt than I meant it to be. I was really saying that if there were a good chance that we were going to accidentally off a villager anyway, as there was, then someone who was already maimed and without a beneficial ability was probably a better choice than someone who might still have an ability to contribute. I don't apologize for that sentiment.

I was, though, being deliberately terse because you had complained that I am too verbose for your attention span. Unfortunately, trimming out all my rhetorical flourishes is going to mean losing some of the nuance.

Still, I know the pain of 12+ hour shifts, and I didn't mean to offend.

I don't disagree with your post here, if we're unsure definitely better to lose someone without an ability. Just remember though the goal is to find wolves, not just lynch someone because they are now role less and may be a wolf though in your wild theory I was converted, it just didn't make any sense, but oh well I see your reasoning there. There is inherent benefit in having experienced ww players around too. The lynching the role less won't help you in future games when most players are without a role. The game prior was intended to prove that point, have to rely on instincts and reading people after a while.

The part that bothered me was the, "she hasn't even defended or voted" then one part was a lie, the other isn't a good reason for lynching. Anyway, I don't disagree with the role thing but I also think we need to get away from relying on roles, that's kind of the point of WW, to figure things out via patterns and knowing people.

I left everyone a pretty big clue when I sent out the star map things for abs. I am sad no one followed up on it since I had feelz while we were conversing so wanted to put something as nonthreatening as possible out there but enough for people to question why abs would want something like that. It killed me that promo said I trusted her. lol

One thing that I definitely learned from this game is that I need to keep a spreadsheet. Counting on my ability to keep straight who said what about whom and when just by memory was foolish.

The way the game was going I didn't think they had a snowball's chance in hell of winning... honestly there were just some really lucky plays. I think the night cancellation stopped 1 wolf from being straight up kilt by Kam and another from being seered. It was crazy.

Yeah, night cancel stopped a vigilante wolf kill and village rez. I think the wolves were killing BBC anyway so the seering was moot, but there were some just absurd plays in general this game.

It was an annoying situation where, if we didn't allow it, the wolves would have gotten zero conversions. If they'd hit a third dragon it just would have been their tough luck (because we were explicit that dragons were incorruptible), but with chaos it was a little more iffy and we let it roll.

Don't know how much it would've helped, but for the past few nights I'd planned on asking something about the convert (trying to get a clue for who it might be by asking whether it was someone trusted by Lupin or trusted by lupin's character Menolly), but it was blocked and then failed due to injury and death. There wasn't much legally left to ask at that point, anyway 😛
