Hi,
I am currently a sophomore and a pre-med major. My first semester as a freshman I had a science GPA of 3.0, but then my second semester I got caught up with social life/scene and got a 2.3 GPA. Afterwards, I realized I had to get my stuff together, so last semester I got a science GPA of 4.0. This semester, I am in a bunch of science classes (O-Chem 2 lab/lecture, Physiology Lab/Lecture, Evolution) and I suffered a bad injury. 3 Tests lied the same week of my injury while I was having constant doctors appointment where I had to miss class, MRIs, etc... As a result, I suffered a bad test score on my Phys Lecture class that would make it impossible for me to get a B so Id stay with a C. Besides that, I have all As in my other science classes. I feel I was unlucky and should withdraw, but I had such bad grades my first year I feel like a medical school would look badly upon my withdraw. So my question is, should I finish the semester off with a C or withdraw and get a A next semester (which I know I can.)
Thanks

There was just a thread about this. I don't want to rewrite what I said. withdrawl= F. don't do it.

If you were seriously injured file an appeal for extenuating circumstances and it can be resolved. Or talk to the professors and see if they can omit the test grades from that week.
