EK Verbal 5th Edition okay?

I have the 5th edition for EK Verbal. I think it was published before CBTs were used and was wondering if the EK strategy is different from the current editions for EK Verbal?

Is it worth it to buy the new edition verbal if I already have the 5th edition?

Probably not too much of a difference, just based on what I've read from one of the later versions. EK didn't update much, and their message is, I'm assuming virtually the same.
