The former is correct -- you can open one yourself, regardless of whether or not someone has already opened one with you.

I know I havent made a "game focused" post in a while, but I am blown away by how I am remembering these games out of order.

Okay but when others have suspected her I correctly read her as village. The opposite of SAR who I read as wolf when village. And compared to other nominees on the board? Samac who alludes me even when I have the clarity of dead chat. Doc E who I’ve literally never played with. Shorty who we constantly disagree on almost everything. Who else should I be voting for?

Wasn’t she recently a wolf in a game?? I don’t remember if you two were playing in that one, but let me try to find it.

And while msp has been more active recently, it still not as active as others, so I personally would prefer a chattier pm.

Does the role not have various "bureaucratic" tasks associated with it? i.e. A lot to keep up with? Different things sure, but similar skill set involved if there's a lot to keep track of. Similar to my vote for Shorty. She's very organized and spreadsheet oriented and so I think she'll do well with the role.

Because it's a first past the post voting system, not ranked choice? I have preferences. I want one of my preferences to win over someone I don't prefer. I know SAR better than DocE, thus it's a better preference for me. Also DocE's pitch for the election gave me the heebie jeebies. Do you not have preferences or care about your vote counting?

Back to skewl is what I was thinking of and it was back in October, so nvm, not as recent as I thought.

All I'm saying is that you've never seen her wolf before so you could read her village as a wolf, you don't know, and that's dangerous. You can vote for whoever you want.

Not that I'm aware of? Maybe in a speed game. I don't think I've sat out on any of the major games since this year's noob game and she's not been wolf in any of them.

I just posted above - it was back to skewl in October, so pre both of you two. So your points about sunshine are valid.

I think that assumption is a reach. We have no clue, at least I have no clue, what the PM will be responsible for in this game and I don't think it'll necessarily have anything to do with "a lot to keep up with," that seems like a bit too realistic of an interpretation. I think @samac would be a good person to talk about it since she was mayor in the noob game, I don't remember what extra PR she was given from it.

As I recall, she was able to PM one person of her choosing each day, I think.

In the noob game I could open a Pm with anyone I wanted each day and had the tie breaking say so. That was it. I was also healer which I thought was a big lol putting a target on myself as mayor, but I didn’t start that train.

that’s a huge power to give a wolf with ties if this game is similar.

Given that Pippy has not included numbers in any of her tallies, I'm assuming royals show up on the tallies but their votes will not be counted for the final outcome. If there are at least two more royals on SAR's vote than DocE's vote, then it will be a tie and/or DocE will win the PM vote.

Y'know...just thoughts I had while cleaning out my email.

wait.... royals can vote? I was hoping to lean on this vote to see who might be a royal by their lack of involvement.

I guess the thought is they “vote” but they won’t count in the tally for anonymity. That’s really going to **** with me if it lands you as PM.
