Does everyone know any Online English Composition class that they know can satisfy an English prereq requirement for dental school?

you just have to take an English composition class- so almost every university and community college offer online classes, and it's certainly possible to sign up for just that one course, you just sometimes have to talk to someone. I ended up taking EN101 online through my local community college, then taking Advanced Composition online through the University of Phoenix to satisfy my 6credit hours of English comp. Don't take a survey of literature, etc, just make sure it has composition in the title.
