I am a 4th year DO student applying dermatology. I have been going back and forth on whether I should indicate a geographic preference or just list no geographic preference and rely on signaling for my programs of interest.
Does it look bad if I signal a program outside of my three geographic preferences? I wouldn’t be able to fit all of my signals within the three regions.
