I am confused on the timeline for ERAS.

Can we submit our application on Aug 15th?

How do we request our USMLE scores in time for programs to have them Sept 2? I've heard that these can take 2-4 weeks to get sent once requested, and I want programs to see it when I submit my application. It looked like we cannot request our score until we have submitted our application. Is this true?

Is there any difference b/w the person who submits their application on Aug 15 versus Sept 1 (2nd this year)?

I would like answers to those questions as well. I think that those submitting before Sept 2 are all in the same boat, however, progrmas will be able to see when you submitted.
