I'm not sure what you're asking . . . If you're asking whether there are other ethical questions besides, "What would you do for your troubled friend?" then yes, there are many other ethical questions that you could address. Go look them up in an ethics book. Pence's Classic Cases in Medical Ethics is a good place to start.
