Why do schools not give you back feedback after you get rejected after you paid 80-90 dollars for your application?

Another question, Should I ask admissions officers why I was waitlisted?

I think they can if you email and/or call the admissions department. Just be very respectful when you ask. A friend of mine was rejected and called and asked, and they did explain why they chose to not offer an interview.

Asking about waitlist might be a little more dicey, because you haven't actually been rejected. You could still get in off of that list. Others may have different opinions though.

I did email them, and they replied back with we can't tell you the specific. Please work with your pre med advisor....

#1 Why do you feel entitled to feedback?
#2 You paid an application fee so that your application would be considered. It was considered. Why do they owe you more?
#3 Some schools will be nice and give feedback when requested. Expecting that they will provide a service like that for free reeks of entitlement.
#4 Contacting a school about being on a waitlist is not going to help you in any way and could potentially harm your application.
