Step I First aid mistake?

Hey I ran into this doing a question: according to my first aid, (2003) both gemfibrozil and statins cause myositis... but apparently on a qbank question only the statins do, which gemfibrozil causes rash and gall stones... this is also what katzung said... So I just wanna know if anyone can clear this up... Im going to go with katsung on this and would like moral support ... any thoughts?

Sorry, it has been associated with myositis, but the main point is that statins are known for it, and combining statins with gemfibrozil can increase the chance of myositis. If asked to choose a drug that causes myositis, I imagine that they wont even be in the same class...if given both a statin and a fibric acid derivative, obviously pick the statin. That is how I will appraoch it.
