for QR, do i have to know logarithmic functions?

If most dental schools don't require you to have calculus as a pre-req and kaplan doesn't go over it, why would you think you need to know this?

Just for future questions, you don't need to know partial derivatives, or differential equations either...

logs are part of algebra, and they could be asked in the gen chem or math section

is pretty much all you need to know about logs.
