Im actually from Russia. This marriage isnt really arranged, she just wants me to have grand kids, so she said this lady would be the best to marry because of her weight. (she thinks the fatter a person is, the more nutrition they can give the baby).

I dont want to post pics because I know some people will call her a troll and other nasty things.

But are you sure a contract like this is illegal?

unless you're living at home while you're in med school and you get along great with this girl, it's going to be pretty difficult to have children while you're in school.

if you are not interested in this girl, suck it up, take out the loans and pay for yourself. i doubt they will seriously not chip in a penny just because you didn't marry the first girl they found.

if they are that inflexible, you need to stand up for yourself as a grown man and stop relying on their conditional support. you will not be happy if you keep agreeing to things you don't want to do in order to be able to depend on them.

I think he's kinda funny.

But this sort of thing DOES happen. Many Indian families still practice arranged marriages (Although it's not usually forced like this) The children trust their parents to choose someone that's right for them.

I wouldn't recommend starting a family in medical school but marriage has its benefits.
