Foreign Transcript Evaluation

Hi,

I got my foreign transcript evaluated through a University last semester, but unfortunately I could not attend the school due to some medical reasons.

So for applying for Med schools, I need the transfer credits of foreign coursework to reflect on a US institution transcript.

Can I still use the transcript of the University where I never attended (coz that contains my foreign transcript eval) , while applying for Med schools ?
