For those who are getting interview invites I assume all are virtual? Also, I am curious to know if the format is multiple mini interviews (MMI) as would be the case in a non-pandemic world. Or just a regular interview(s) with multiple persons conducting the interview(s)? Or does the interview invite only require the submission of the video interview tool assessment (VITA) (where you record a video answering questions)? Or is the VITA an additional requirement in addition to interviewing? Thanks in advance.
