I am an Australian citizen, but did my BA and Msc in the U.S. Although I'm applying to US medical schools, I realize that my non-US citizen/Permanent Residency status makes it much harder.
I'm also considering Australian graduate medical schools. They won't accept MCAT scores for people with Australian passports b/c Australian citizens have to compete with each other using GAMSAT scores.
Therefore, I'd like to know if anyone has experience preparing for GAMSAT, materials recommended, and if anyone knows whether the prep materials from this company are reputable (like Kaplan for the MCAT in the US)
http://www.comptext.com.au/venueselsewhere.htm . Or does anyone have used GAMSAT prep material to sell?
I left Australia when I was 9, so that's where I left off...
Thanks.
