goljan's audio cd

I have the CD from Goljan's live lectures and am finding that he targets IMGs a lot on the lectures. How helpful is it for an AMG (I have heard rumors that AMGs and IMGs tests can be different) who wants to do really well on step 1? Just wondering? Is there any audio source for physiology or biochemistry and genetics like the pathology lectures?

There are audio CD's available from a company called Gold Standard. Their website allows you to sample them. They sound good, but the whole set is $300. There are 55 CD's total and I think that they would be worth it. I have been trying to find someone to buy them with me so I can cut the cost.
