You are crazy...but if you really want to, get Netter's Atlas and Moore and Dalley's Clinical Anatomy.

I'm currently taking a graduate level course in Neuroanatomy and I've noticed that Netter's Atlas for Human Anatomy is VERY useful. In fact, I ordered a copy from barnes&noble.com and I plan to use it next semester as well when I take Functional Human Anatomy. The Netter's Atlas helps us identify parts of the human brain (central sulcus, sulcus limitans, inferior culiculi, etc) when we're working the Neuroanatomy lab. Netter's is probably MUCH more useful in a general anatomy course.

Get Baby Moore. The Atlases aren't really too useful until you have a cadaver/lecture notes and know what you're looking for and what you have to memorize. Big Moore is really just too big.
