Are you a Texas resident? If so that list is more or less fine. Applying OOS to lower tier schools in general as gyngyn will always tell you if you are from TX is a complete waste of time. Your stats can be competitive for any school in the country; it's up to you how many of them you want to apply to. As long as you apply to those in TX though, you will be in strong position to get II's.

If you aren't from Texas, well then yes that list probably needs some adjustments.
