People already have been given interviews for AT Still this week. I emailed them and they said it takes 6 to 8 weeks from the time you apply for you to hear back from them. U Washington has been very quiet, I emailed them over a month ago and never got a response... Good luck to you!

Oh okay! Thank you. Now it is just a waiting game which is almost more stressful haha. On UW's PTCAS page it says "Applicants will be notified of admission process results in mid-February 2016." Maybe that is why they haven't communicated yet? Just a thought! Have you already filled out their supplemental app?

Just called PTCAS and she said they are currently verifying those submitted on 9/3!

What PTCAS number did you call? The one on their site? Because I've been trying to call the number on their site but it keeps saying the have a high volume of callers so I can't get to talk to someone. Is there another number or something? Because this is really frustrating!!

Does anyone know if it would take longer if you have multiple transcripts?

I have 2 transcripts, one from a community college (2 year) and the other from a university and I e-submitted on 8/31/2015 and last transcript was received by 9/9/2015 , all hours and recommendations were verified by 07/21/2015. It's been a month now and it keeps saying "pending verification" I don't know if the multiple transcripts delay the processing time or what? That's crazy cuz I've seen people on here who submitted early September or mid-September and theirs have already been verified. I really don't know what's going on with PTCAS!!

They FINALLY calculated my GPA after I submitted on 9/5....Do any of you know if my PTCAS GPA should include a dual enrollment course I took in high school that I ended up failing? I thought they did not include any courses completed during high school??

Edit: Just called PTCAS and they just read whatever was on their FAQ section like if I hadn't read that prior to calling.

I generally just call a few times in a row and then I'll be on hold for like ten minutes!

I've got 3 transcripts: 1 from a 4-yr university, 1 from my post-bacc prereqs at CC, and a 3rd from previous grad-level work. It took me a million years to enter, so it's probably going to take them a million years to verify it. 😵

You do have to send transcripts from dual-enrollment in high school...found that out the hard way.

I submitted the same day, and they basically got my last transcript on 9/9 as well! I called them and they said verification takes a little extra time since the last transcript got in later!

Your application isn't considered complete until all transcripts and fees have been received. I had the same issue as you, I e-submitted 8/24 but my last transcript wasnt received until 9/1. So to PTCAS, I wasn't in line for verification till 9/1. You prob have another week or two of waiting

Just submitted my ptcas. Can anyone give me a general idea on how long it took to process your applications?

It took mine about 2 weeks to be verified after all of my reference letters were received and everything was submitted

:welcome:I was active last year on student doctor network and am currently a student at University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA; not to be confused Pacific in Oregon). If you have any questions about my school specifically, or the pt selection process in general then I would be happy to answer them. Just inbox me. The application for Pacific is due November 2nd.
Best wishes to everyone in the application, interview and personal selection process. May the selection committee be ever in your favor. :=|:-): Sending all the loves. :biglove:

My GPA has not been calculated (I submitted 9/21), but I got an e-mail today from Sac State saying they've received my application. I thought that materials don't get mailed out until after the calculation of GPA... Is anyone familiar with Sac State's process or know how long they take to review your application?

I talked to many pt schools about this, it is very confusing! As long as everything on your part of your PTCAS application is complete (you e-submitted and transcripts have been received) then that means you have met their deadline. Don't worry about PTCAS calculating your GPA, PT schools know this is waiting on PTCAS and not you, so they will still review your application once you e-submit. Hope that makes sense! 🙂

When you get accepted to a school and receive a letter in the mail, is it one of those big envelope things or just a small letter? Lol stupid question I know haha my roommate is asking..

Great stats! Especially your extra-curricular and volunteer hours. I applied to many of the same schools as you (NAU, Midwestern-Glendale, U of Washington and U of Puget Sound) and I've been considering George Fox U as well.

My app was processed in about 3 weeks, but it may have been longer than the usual because I had to correct some course entry info.
I've also been invited for an interview at Midwestern-Glendale at the end of this month! Best of luck to you!!!

Submitted 9/8, verified 10/5. Also, for those applying to Belmont, I was informed that they have already filled 75% (!!) of their class with early decision applicants.

Their application process is decentralized. I applied there almost a month ago (completed PTCAS and the supp app) and when I checked my status online, it still says "incomplete". But no worries, I mean... their deadline is January something.

I submitted my application for PTCAS to enter coursework on 9/4. Unfortunately it took until 9/24 for them to finish and I was able to confirm it was correct and submit my application for verification. It was verified on 10/3 and I have already received an invite for interview at Columbia. Hope the info helps someone, the process gave me a lot of anxiety but things do come together before you know it.

Will be visiting UTMB on 11/23 to check the program out. Born and raised in Texas so I'm kind of on the fence on whether to stay close to home and pay in state (way cheaper) or venture out somewhere far away (the Northeast or California) and pay a ridiculous amount of money for school/living but gain new experiences. Any input or advice on the matter would be appreciated!

Has anyone applied to Temple University? It is the only school that hasn't confirmed that they have received my PTCAS.
I also applied to Temple. After I submitted my supplemental application, I received an email saying that as long as I sent them my GRE scores and submitted my PTCAS application, then I have fulfilled all of the requirements.

There's a login that you used for the supplemental fee and graduate application, if you check on there it should have the date it was received. All my schools notified me that they received everything but Temple's page still hasn't confirmed and it's been about a week since the first school received my PTCAS.
