2. My family lives 10 minutes from the school
3. I did my undergrad here
4. High diversity
5. Good research opportunities
6. Community focused curriculum
7. High Step 1 scores

Cons:
1. High cost of living
2. Low research funding
3. Driving to clinical sites

Creighton:
Pros:
1. SO is going to this school
2. Clinical sites near school
3. Low Cost of Living
4. Seems that faculty focuses a lot in student's needs
5. Very community focused and has international experiences
6. Early clinical experience

Cons:
1. OOS
2. More expensive school
3. Low diversity
4. Almost no research opportunities
