I have a friend who made an accident and he is now in a coma and in serious condition and the medicine field in Egypt isn't good at all. If you know any neurosurgeon in U.S.A or U.K, plz let me talk to him, we can make all the requirements that needs to be done.

So Plz tell me what I can do. Check the attached file.
