What is your state of residency? Do you come from a low social economic background? Have you taken the MCAT only once? Are you willing to retake? Do you have any non-clinical volunteering? If so doing what? Do you have any clinical volunteering? If so doing what? Is there an upward trend to your GPA? Are you about to graduate college or have you already graduated?

Your 4 publications is very impressive. Have you done any oral/poster presentations?

Just based on what you've said in your post, your best chance would be DO schools, and the historically black medical schools.

If you could get it your MCAT up to a 505 that would open some doors for you.

You could receive interviews at some MD schools and I suggest applying to these:
Howard
Meharry
Morehouse
UCLA-Drew
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
NOVA MD
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
Drexel
Temple
Where is your state of residence?
Your chances are better at DO schools so I suggest all these:
ACOM
ARCOM
BCOM
WCU-COM
LMU-DCOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
LUCOM
UIWSOM
CUSOM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
NYIT-Arkansas
LECOM
