I gave NBDE part 1: Average 81

anatomic science: 79
Biochemistry Physiology: 78
Microbiology Pathology: 81
Dental Anatomy Occlusion: 84

This is the third time I got average of 81. I really don't know what should I do? I am really upset and depressed. I need help. Help me please, what should I do?

is this the third time you got 81??? i know it is frustating , i can understand.
if I would be in your shoes, I would be surely very upset, then take a break for a week relax and then set a target date after 6 months, and study in a very focussed and organised manner.
you are a dentist already, so you are intelligent enough to pass dental school once. this exam is no rocket science. but it need a lot of focus, a planned strategy to study,the right study material, repetitive revisions , an indepth study of the theory to understand concepts clearly to be able to answer the twisted qs and practise answering the quesiton from previous exams.
so take you time, relax now. you cant give up, you have to score high in this exam to able to work as a dentist again.only you can tell by careful evaluation what were the flaws in your preparation. and where you can improve.so buck up!!!!lemme know if you need any help.
think about your future once you get a good score on this exam finally and get into a dental school. this profession is very paying and satisfying, your hard work will pay off!!i know one friend who is taking the exam for the fourth time today,so you are not alone.GOOD LUCK

just saw this thread..3rd time you got same score......must be very frustating..but dont worry you can still achieve if you are determined.. like others said take a break and again try with full efforts .,you will definately get a high score.bye

I think it has alot to do with luck too.....

Study again....look into the first aid for ndbe...it's a useful book

The next time you take the exam you are sure to do better than a 81...
