Help!!

Hi
This might sound a little silly. I am in the process of applying to the ECE for evaluation. The ADA website asks for a general report while all the dental schools ask for course by course evaluation.Should I apply for the general report first and have it sent to ADA for application processing and then apply for course by course evaluation for the dental school application? Or have the course by course eval done by ECE and have it sent to ADA and the dental schools?
Please help....Would be really grateful for any advice given
