HIPAA quiz/training

I don't know how other schools do it, but ours do a HIPAA quiz online and we have to get 90 to pass. Does anybody know if you fail the first time, can you just take the quiz again? Because it seems pointless if you're trying to 'prove' any training when anybody can do this at home and cheat. Is this a big deal if you fail the first time?

Easiest entry test I took. The only one that gave me some trouble was that OSHA ****.
