How can you score 20 on DAT sections ??

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
for easier sections like bio/chem you'll need a 90 or something

but for pat and stuff the bar's usually set lower

if you got 25/30 overall it's around a 20

depends on the other kids taking it

You need to use a little more common sense before you make some of your threads...if 1 wrong was a 20 then how do people score 22, 24, 25, etc?

As the previous poster stated, 25/30 is probably around a 20 for a section like gen chem.

i was being sarcastic

on top score and CDP, 25/30 is an 18.

Because it is based on percentiles, the scores depend on the exam. Practice exams are unrealistic (usually lower scores) because some people take the exam more than once to make sure they know how to do them, and end up getting them all right. This is why the scores seem too low.

on practice tests i keep getting like 25/30 correct and the scores are like 17-18. To get 20 i need to get like 1 wrong ?? thats crazy

when I took, missing 4 on GC = 20
missing 3-4 on Orgo = 20
and missing 5-6 on Bio = 20
