I audited a class at another school and the grade I received technically did not count toward my GPA at my base school because my base school does not accept outside credits. I had a family emergency and had to drop the class thereby giving me a W. Will med schools factor in and/or care about this W since my home school does not accept outside credits. I was just taking the class to get a feel for it before I really took it the following semester for credit.

2 W's are fine.

It doesn't matter what your "base school" accepts. You need to submit a transcript from all colleges you attended and AMCAS will calculate their own GPA. But a W doesn't factor into GPA.
