How is the Nova secondary?

As I am about to head out of town in the next week or so, I may be getting the NOVA supplemental while I am away. My question is, are there essay questions, and if so, how lengthy are they? I am hoping to be able to get it done while on vacation from my computer.

hi, there were essay questions on it (i think). I think you had to explain why you're interested in Nova in particular. besides that essay prompt, the rest of the app asks for information. hope that helps. don't worry, it's not too bad.

i think you are mistaking ASDOH with NOVA...nova's was really easy and took less than 30 minutes to fill out, whereas ASDOH has the essay questions.

I'm getting ready to submit my applications now, so how soon will they start sending out secondary applications?

My concerns are that I'm going on vacation as well in a couple of weeks and will be gone til mid September. I'm going to be traveling in Asia, so I'll still have email, but not quite sure how I can get the stuff they mail out.

I'm thinking about postponing the trip, but it'll be a pain with costs and I am traveling with a friend who has to be back for school in august.
