How much of a pain in the a** is MACRA for OR anesthesiology?

Just curious how much the lovely MACRA/MIPS roll out by Medicare is affecting OR anesthesia. It's a bureaucratic nightmare on the pain side of the equation--basically anything clinic based is a cluster for MACRA/MIPS.
