I got this info from the MSAR, I tried to use the date the first class started whenever possible. I did start writing established dates toward the end, if anyone wants to take off where I left off I finished the states that start with M, you don't have to finish, if you get tired I'll finish it off. We can put it in order once the list is compiled. Also Notice I didn't put in any dates where the MSAR didn't have the information (Except where I immediately saw the correct date in the post I quoted).
