I am a psychistrist who has board certification in Adult and fellowship in Child and Adolescent psychiatry.
I am in private psychiatry and some of the pharmaceuticals are not giving me samples of their product which has no indication for child and Adolescent. My question, how would I remove my name from Child and Adolescent? Keep in mind, I only see 10% child and Adolescent patients. I mainly see adult patients.
