I know it’s too early now, but what is the consensus on when we should reach out to our top programs if we haven’t heard from them?

Second that Vandy rejection 🙃And to anyone who is interested in knowing, I received a rejection letter from Vanderbilt a few days ago! So if you're waiting to hear back from them and haven't yet there's still hope. Or if you're waitlisted it means they really are interested in you!
I scheduled all mine out until mid-September because I’m a scaredy cat lol. Feel like I need the time to emotionally prepare!Has anyone had interviews yet? If so, how'd they go?
So far, not bad. Generally speaking it seems more relaxed than interviews for residency. Still got some similar questions (why this program, why child psych, etc) but not as intense.Has anyone had interviews yet? If so, how'd they go?
So far they have been super relaxed like @free_your_mind said. It was mostly about what I saw myself doing in the field, what lead me to it. Questions about my research, etc. I wish residency interviews were this fun lolHas anyone had interviews yet? If so, how'd they go?
I am also an intern interesting in applying C&A in the future, if anybody has any recommendations or information they can provide I'm interested in hearing!Would you have any recommendations for an intern interested in applying C&A in the future? I'm pretty local to RWJ haha
nopeCongrats on the interviews everyone! Curious if any outside applicants have heard from Loma Linda, UC Riverside or UCLA (Semel)?
I can't find that info but found this: ERAS® Statistics which talks about how many applications someone has that has about 18 applications for each applicant. Average number of applicants to each program is 50 it says, whatever that is worth.Does anyone know how many interviews is a good number to have to match?
Does anyone know if other programs will send that information or do they just ghost and leave us wondering?Got a formal rejection from Minnesota saying that they are full! Classy of them to not just ghost.
You're right, but it's kind of uncool to register for the match if you're filling internally, seeing as how we paid for these applications.Got a formal rejection from Minnesota saying that they are full! Classy of them to not just ghost.
Is this U of Minnesota or Mayo? I thought Mayo had filled before ERAS even opened.Got a formal rejection from Minnesota saying that they are full! Classy of them to not just ghost.
U of Minnesota! Is this U of Minnesota or Mayo? I thought Mayo had filled before ERAS even opened.

Oh, I’m sorry about the rejection. But good luck with the rest of your interviews!!U of Minnesota!
It’s cool, I’m very satisfied with my interview haul But thank you!Oh, I’m sorry about the rejection. But good luck with the rest of your interviews!!
@siggycaps they didn’t fill internally prior to registering - they have sent out interviews.
