How to use TBR books for self-study??

I know many people on here have used TBR physics and gen chem with great success. I have ordered those sets. I was wondering, what is the best way to use these books?

For example, with the physics first section of translational movtion, should I first go over the explanations in the front and then a day or so later do the timed exercise? Can anyone tell me what they did to make this work for them?

You print out an order form from their site and then mail it in with a check/money order/cashiers check. So it will take ~1.5 weeks or more to get your books.

Im using TBR Physics/Chemistry/Orgo.

Im reading the chapter and then doing all the associated passages (on average about 10-12).

hopefully, it'll work for me.

There's a pdf of their course-schedule floating around the forums somewhere. I would recommend following this.
