OK...

I started up a 2006 AMCAS application in late Feb. back just to see what it was like (now known to be a bad idea), but I am planning on submitting my 2007 application in mid-June.

Long story short, I sent my transcript to AMCAS and they sent me back an email saying they have recieved my transcripts for the 2006 application. On my 2007 application, it says that transcripts have not been recieved. So, My question is this...

WHAT THE EFF DO I DO? Should I just sent my transcripts again and see what happens?

why dont you call them and see if they cant just switch those to this new app. they probably will do it if you havent submitted your 06' amcas

call them and talk to them. the few times i had to call them they were actually very nice and very helpful. they'll tell you if they need to be resent or not.

Which transcript request form did you use, 2006 application or 2007 application?

I would do this NOW.

And in the mean time, I'd start re-requesting transcripts from schools using the AMCAS '07 transcript request form. It might cost you a little, but it'll be a drop in the bucket when all is said and done.

Did you use the AMCAS '06 transcript request form when you requested last time?

I went to my schools registrar office and they had their own form to fill out. To send my transcript to AMCAS I just had to check a box.

I'm calling them right now... and I agree with an earlier post. I'm definately diggin the music.

AMCAS has their own form that they want you (or more precisely, your school) to send your transcripts with. On the application there is a page which will generate the form and partially fill it out for you. The form helps them match your transcript with your application. (Yes, you'd think your name and SSN or whatever would be enough, but this is AMCAS we're talking about.)
