Thought this would make for an interesting thread.
Hypothetical situation:
Another economic disaster hits. This time, thing are just as bad or even worse than the great depression. High unemployment, high inflation and/or deflation, confidence in the economy is basically nonexistent.
Exactly how this occurs is irrelevant to this thread......so please, leave politics out of it.
Question:
How would Pharmacists/Pharmacy students/pre-pharms. fair in such conditions?
Would pharmacy school still be accepting students? Would such conditions increase or decrease the amount of students attending regular universities? Do you think the job market for pharmacists would be non-existent?
What were such conditions like under the depression of the 1930's?
