IM Palm software

Hello all!

I'm beginning my internship in Internal Medicine this week and finally caved in & bought a Palm Pilot for the first time ever! I'm a total dunce when it comes to these things -- can anyone suggest "good" or "must-have" medical software they have found useful for IM?
