I think you are going to be just fine!! You have certainly overcame your bad grades and your disorder. If you feel the reason for your bad grades was the ADHD I would mention it, and then explain how you delt with it. If it wasn't then explain what was and how you have conquered those problems and grown.

As for med school, if you look around these forums you will find people with even worse GPA's, pursued post-bac work and got into med school.

Relax, just do well in the upcoming post-bac year and the world will be yours.

I am in 100% agreement w/Tooth and really couldn't say it any better myself. Keep going toward your goal, explain where necessary, and don't count yourself out of the race just yet.

You've overcome some amazing stuff, and that actually looks good.
