Impossible!?

It doesn't affect me if she's lying or not. I'm not one to belittle a person for something like that. If she got into JH; great! I'd like to know how to see if there is something extra I can do to be in the same position. If not; I'll still be going wherever I go, and she will live her own life.

That's why I reiterated that my point was whether it was possible. I'm not one to be a dbag for dbag's sake.

I don't know if you realize it or not, but the fact that you seemed to be so bothered by this really portrays you as a huge tool.

Might want to work on that whole dbag thing.

My only idea is that you need to stop giving a **** about where other people got into.

ohnoessomeonewhoselifeisntdefinedbytheirtestscores!!!!!!!

I forgot I took the SAT within 18mos.

Yeah, when TMDSAS asked us for our SAT scores I had to dig through boxes of old papers to find my report from College Board. I mean, I remembered my total score but the individual sub-scores for each section?!?! How do people remember that off the top of their head unless they got a perfect score?

People that really feel good because of their SAT scores. I had to do the same thing when filling out TMDSAS, except I couldn't even remember my composite score with the writing. I just remembered math + verbal.

Or people who feel really bad because of their test scores

It obviously bothers you.

I go to school with a girl who told me she got into Johns Hopkins. She doesn't remember what her MCAT score was (which raises red flags automatically) and has around a 3.3 GPA. She also said that she volunteered some, but that was it for her extracurriculars. I find this hard to believe, but I obviously can't just call her out on it. It's been grinding on my mind ever since..I just don't see how someone could lie about something like that. Any ideas on the matter?

Opening and closing paragraphs don't match. It's been grinding on your mind...but doesn't bother you either way. Your original paragraph also contains nothing to indicate that you wanted to discover the truth so you could bolster your own application. Sounds like back-peddling to me.

Final point - you can't call somebody out without looking like a dbag. This very post is a great example. Whether I'm right or not is irrelevant; I still come across as a jerk.
