i don't have a problem with that thought process. i probably would have waited, but it's harder to defend just rng if you wait until hour 35.

I have a lot of problems with that thought process. We're in an eight person game. Shooting randomly will more likely hit a villager. Why not try to optimize your chances by shooting within the PoE?
That's why I asked how long he had to make a choice to shoot because I could maybe see RNG if you have like an hour, but if you have a whole cycle or something, the earlier you shoot the more anti-village the action feels.

you mistake my meaning. the shooter needs to defend their choices regardless of when the shot happens. if clem's method was rng, i find that fits better with taking the shot super early, rather than waiting.

as someone who's shot a lot of villagers as a villager myself, i'd probably have better chances using rng. i'm not terminator!sporty. maybe clem knows he isn't either.

This assumes my reads would be better than rng

I don't really think they're likely to be tbh, and I dont really have confidence someone else's would be to sheep them, so I shot randomly. Its d1, it doesn't lose a kill, its fine.

What do you mean it's fine?
It's a waste of a shot that could've been used to kill a wolf. Instead you killed a villager that was also N1'd last game so she got to play for like an hour.
Literally all you have to do is fine twoish town reads and you're better than RNG.
It's D1, yes, and now that's one less misyeet wolf/wolves have to get.

But when you did post was in this Goldilocks zone between the two that makes you village?

No it isn't lol, they need the same number of miskills. Game started with 8, going from 8 to 7 doesn't lose us a kill

I’m definitely leaning more towards a wolf shot AM. I’m still not convinced it wasn’t Wolf!Santy who shot AM.

It's more that we don't know whether it was a wolf action, and Santy's "reaction test" was all based on assuming it was. So I'm poking at it to see if it was just an assumption on his part or whether it was TMI.

In this case, the team would have to be *exactly* Santy/Clem. Do you think that's likely with Clem now trying to turn it back toward Santy?

Yeah, if it was a Villa handling the gun, they would have went to your ass 100%.

No regrets tbh. I know it was prob suboptimal play but seeing people reactions to it while I stayed in character was fun. Would do it again

I still have no idea what Santy's gameplan was. But if he's town I wouldn't be surprised to find a wolf in his early voters, because it'd be an easy vote to justify. Excluding Dubz from that because her vote was before he "claimed", the other two early votes were Genny and you. Genny in particular seemed eager to pin the kill on someone, she voted Clem, kind of low-key shaded you (said something like she could see you taking that shot), and then voted Santy after he claimed it. So I was thinking of voting there. But idk, now we have the claim that the vig shot was just RNGed, which seems bad on pretty much every level.

Slight sus on Wildzoo too, but knowing it was Clem who shot it, the reads I got from there are far more weaker tbh.

Genny vote switch from Clem > Me > Clem again I'd say ehhhh its not bad? Idk
 
Oh genny didn revote Clem. Only unvoted. I have Skill Issue
 
What I am at rn is:

Clem is a wolf > Well obv yeet there(?)

Clem is Villa > A wolf handed him the gun. They knew Clem was the one who shot, so shading there was something a wolf may tend to do because of TMI
