I would not create a new activity for shadowing you haven't done yet. However, in the description box where you are describing the shadowing you have done, I would write what exactly you intend to do after you have submitted you app

Yes if I do include it, I will put all my shadowing under one activity

yea so that's what I would do. I wouldn't include those hours in your total number of hours though. Just say you plan to do however many hours

Why dont you just wait and submit on 6/14 and then it wont be past now will it.

And we do note what was done before submission

Do you think delaying my primary by a week would be worth it?
