I received the secondary packet from Indiana last thursday. I was out for the weekend on interviews and I couldn't call the admissions office regarding how fast do they set up your interview after the receive your packet. For those who have interviewed at Indiana, how long did it take you? I am not an Indiana resident, so how does me being an out of stater affect my process? Supposely they schedule your interview 4-6 weeks after they receive your secondary packet. But I read posts of a couple of people who are still waiting. Thanks for all the help.

I applied to Indiana U. also as an out-of-stater. Unfortunately, I do not remember how long it took between mailing a completed secondary app and receiving an invitation. But be warned: IU has a rolling admissions approach. (But the school also offers interviews several days a week!) Also, IU is the only medical school in the entire state and has a strong (and justly) bias for in-state applicants. But if you are really interested in the school, make sure you stress, wherever possible, an interest in practising in the state of Indiana. Good luck with IU! :luck:
