inservice exams

hello everyone... can anyone pls tell me what to study to score high on the inservice exams. In previous threads i have read that MKSAP & Medstudy material is the common.
As I want to apply for a competitive fellowship & have sparse research, want to do my best in inservice to stand out as a good candidate, as I have realised many candidates with great scores are sending their inservice results personally to the PDs..
any help is appreciated

Inservice exams are not part of the application process and with good reason. Sending your scores independently makes you look like an insecure douche IMHO. Plus anyone can study their way to a high score. You need to stand out in different ways. Find some research. Be an excellent resident.
