I am somewhat alarmed after googling my name. Although my publications, awards, poster presentations, even volunteerism come up, so does a slew of blogs etc not at all related to me. These bloggers naturally have the same name as me but some of these blogs have questionable content.
For example, there is one blog by some Emo Kid talking about some girl who dumped him and how his heart is like a broken flower or something blah blah blah bla😴
I'm thinking about making an entire blog dedicated to clarifying which google search items belong to me and which don't.
MY QUESTION: is it worth the effort of making a blog and getting it listed on googlesearch for the purpose of clarifying that EmoPunk kid isn't me. If ADCOMS are googling applicant names then I'll do it so help me god.
I talked to one of my friends about it, and he had assumed, all this time, that the blog WAS mine.

When I was attending to medical school in my home country, one day a friend from another year told me that one of his teacher's (a doctor of course) was named the same as me and apparently looked similar to me. I told him he basically had my future me as his teacher. Funny coincidences!!
