interview invites end soon???

In general, when do non-rolling schools stop sending out interview invitations ? I've heard around here that Harvard, for example, stops sending them around Jan 15, but I can't find any concrete evidence for that... I'm wondering if I still have any hope at a few places 😳

Go re-read your school's application website if you're concerned. You'll notice that most schools interview through March.

Oh well there's only, umm, 3 schools that have yet to reject or otherwise interview me. Now that it's dwindled down so dramatically, I don't even check my mail/email compulsively!

i don't think he misread it at all. people ask that same question ALL the time. it drives us regulars nuts. like people who say "oh, goodie gracious, i have a 3.9 and a 36 MCAT, do you think i have a chance?!?" i'm not saying you're one of those people but you catch my drift.

Most schools tend to schedule interviews 1 to 1.5 months in advance. So conceivably, if a school interviews through March and sends out acceptances in April, interviews will keep coming until the end of February, if not later.

Oooo IC. I've never read anywhere about such date. If I remember from last year's applicants, they were receiving invites like well into spring semester so around February/March also. I'm assuming we should see TONS of action from now until... end of March perhaps. I'm playing the waiting game too and that's why I kinda get irritated by people asking this question over and over although yours was a slightly different one I guess.

Actually I'm at home for break and I'm sure we still keep a paddle somewhere... haha.

Gah my favorite. Saw that right before two weeks of backpacking. Everything was a paddlin' on that trip. And it's STILL funny.
