Is It possible to Call Prometric and have them create a Spot for Me on a Specific day?

I really want to take Step 1 on 4/28 or 4/29, but it seems that they are not offering testing on those dates anywhere, the entire process seems so random with step1, I wonder if I can just call a center and say I want to take the test there on that day, and have them create a spot for me? Has anyone tried this?

I have heard of it working if it's being offered that day at other locations, but not sure if it'll work if it's not offered that day at all.
