physiology is generally low yield, so I wouldn't even recommend BRS phys. I never looked at BRS phys, but found the physiology in Kaplan Home Study boring and not very clinically-relevant. I didn't have any physiology questions (on my Step 1) which went beyond the basic physiology taught in MS1.
