Considering that the mission of many DO schools is to produce primary care providers, and Ob/Gyn is considered a primary care specialty, I would say that it's fairly attainable. Look at school match lists to see percentages of specialty placement.

It's very DO friendly.. several of the students I've talked to on my interviews at DO schools want to go OB/GYN. I actually shadowed a DO OB/GYN also and its actually one of the fields of medicine where OMM really is applicable.
